The Pakistani Government has designated a specific weekday for the registration of individuals with special needs in the Benazir Income Support Program. In a significant move, the Government has taken the step of allocating a dedicated weekday for the registration of the following categories in the Dynamic Registry.
Only the following persons can register for BISP:
- Individuals with special needs
- Persons with disabilities
- Seniors aged 65 or older
- Members of the transgender community

BISP Mobile VAN
In a great step forward, the Government of Pakistan has launched the Benazir Mobile Van initiative. This interesting move serves a dual purpose. This service is only for eligible women beneficiaries of the program and will not be available to Telenor customers due to compatibility issues.
